1. Personal information

The TheresaPlut.com site is very careful about protecting your data and respecting your privacy. We collect, process and use your personal information only with your consent, or if there is another legal basis for doing so in accordance with the GDPR Personal Data Protection Regulation and Slovenian law.

Personal information is only collected to the extent actually necessary to sell publications.

Personal information is all information that is associated with an individual. In order to communicate with the buyer, you need a first and a last name and an address.

You have the right at any time to request access to the information we hold about you, information about their origin and recipients, for the purpose of processing, as well as the right to correct, transfer, object, restrict the use, block or delete inaccurate and unlawfully processed data.

If your personal information has changed, please let us know.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You may address your requests for access, deletion or other related matters to the contact persons listed in paragraph 8 of this statement.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Slovenia, this is the Information Commissioner.

3. Data privacy

We take appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal information. These precautionary measures relate in particular to the protection against unauthorized, illegal and accidental access, processing, loss, use or manipulation of data. Despite our best efforts to maintain a high level of diligence, we cannot exclude third parties from viewing or using the information you make available to us through the Internet.

Please note, therefore, that we do not accept any liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in the transfer of data not caused by us and unauthorized access by third parties.

4. Use of data

We will process the information available to us for the purposes of processing your purchases and for other purposes for which you have given us consent or have a legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We strive to identify incidents that could affect data security in the shortest possible time. In this case, we will immediately inform you and, if necessary, the competent authority.
