TheresaPlut.com online store terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the TheresaPlut.com Online Store are drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Obligation Code (OZ) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
Please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the online store.
The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the business relationship between the online store provider (seller) and the buyer. The user is bound by the general terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the online order. By confirming the order, the user is acquainted with the general terms of business, personal data protection and legal notice.
The online store is open daily, 24 hours a day. For various technical reasons, doing business through an online store or even accessing a store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the seller reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the online store site for a fixed or indefinite period. The seller assumes no responsibility for the inactivity of the store due to ignorance of the use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, inactivity of the service due to network failure, power outages or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, even for a long time, disrupt the use.
1. Registration and purchase process
User registration is not required for ordering.
Personal information (name, surname, address, email address) might be required to complete the purchase of the publication.
The payment method is to pay by Direct bank transfer or pay via PayPal if the website allows it due to different technical requirements.
The publication order begins with the selection of the publications offered by adding them to the basket using the “Add to Cart” button or with the shopping cart button. One publication is sufficient for purchase. After making the selection and assuming you agree with the contents of the shopping cart, you will continue with the “Proceed to checkout” button. The purchase process then consists of two steps: 1 – purchase information, 2 – personal data entry. You can terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order with the “Buy Now” button immediately after entering your personal information. In this case, please contact us at info@theresaplut.com for any additional information.
After the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with a pro forma invoice and instructions for payment of the pro forma invoice if you have selected “Direct bank transfer” as your payment method.
In the case of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to PayPal by the “Continue to PayPal” option.
2. Prices
All prices are in Euro (Euro) and include 9.5% or 22% Value Added Tax (VAT), depending on the product or service.
Prices are valid at the time of award and have no pre-determined validity, except in the case of campaigns where the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.
Despite the tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the pricing information may be incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the seller will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.
The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the bidder confirms the order. From that moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer. After placing the order, the user receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted or rejected.
3. Payment method, payment confirmation and invoice
Payment method for a publication is either a Bank transfer payment or PayPal payment. The deadline for payment of the published publications is 8 days after the receipt of the pro forma invoice.
The original invoice will be enclosed in physical form upon delivery of the ordered publication.
When dealing with the public sector, an e-invoice is issued, so the invoice is not sent in physical form to the subscriber.
The invoice will break down the price, tax, and any costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoicing information before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller within 8 working days at the latest. Afterwards, the seller does not take into consideration the objections submitted regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
4. Shipping and delivery charges
Delivery of paid publications ordered from an online store is not included in the publication price. Orders placed on weekdays by 4pm or on Friday by 2pm will be processed and delivered to the post office within 48 hours.
Warning: Delivery of publications will start on receipt of payment.
DELIVERY METHODS Delivery is delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., therefore, the general delivery conditions of Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. apply. If you believe that the shipper needs additional information to deliver the shipment, please use the “Note” box on the delivery information.
We also encourage local pickup of ordered publications. To arrange a local pickup, please contact us at info@theresaplut.com.
5. Right of withdrawal
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PUBLICATION CONTRACT: The buyer (the consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act) may, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, inform the seller in writing that he is withdrawing from the order without giving any reason for his decision.
The buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the sum of payments to be made by the user under the contract does not exceed EUR 20.00.
The buyer sends the withdrawal by e-mail to info@theresaplut.com.
In case of cancellation of the order, the buyer must return the received goods immediately or no later than 14 days after receiving them or by post to the above mentioned address of the seller or bring them personally to the receiving place of the seller.
The only cost that is borne by the buyer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which in the case of shipment is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment / package / cargo). Shipment with ransom is not accepted.
Refunds will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods. The payment received is returned to the buyer with the same payment method as it used.
6. Complaints
Complaints will be considered if the seller did not respect the contract when ordering (did not deliver the ordered product or delivered the damaged one). The seller undertakes to remedy these errors as soon as possible.
The seller reserves the right to reject a complaint in the following cases:
- if no invoice is attached
- if the user used the goods indefinitely until termination of the contract.
7. Security
The seller uses appropriate technological and organizational means to safeguard the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

The seller shall make every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of difficulties, the buyer may contact by telephone or email. The complaint can be submitted via e-mail info@theresaplut.com or at the postal address Uroš Čavić s.p., Koprivnik 28, 4225 Sovodenj, Slovenia or in person at the address of the provider.
The seller will confirm within eight working days that he has received the complaint and will inform the website user how long it will be considered and will keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
The seller is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as litigation is concerned, is its disproportionate effect on the economic value of the claim and the costs involved in resolving the dispute itself. This is also a major obstacle to the consumer from bringing a dispute to court. Therefore, the seller shall use its best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
